          Refund Process

          • Refunds are typically processed within 14–21 business days after the return is received and approved.

          • Refunds include the cost of the returned item(s) and applicable sales tax, if applicable.

          • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

          • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

          • The time required for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

          • Returns made with gift receipts may receive store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.

          • A $10 return processing fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

          Return Shipping Costs

          • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, modaeu will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact our Customer Service team and provide clear photos of the issue before sending the item back.

          • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier selected.

          • If the return is caused by an error on our part, customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

          • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

          • We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

          Exchanges

          • We do not offer direct exchanges.

          • If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

          Non-Returnable Items

          • Dispose of non-modaeu items mistakenly sent to our distribution center.
